In line with the new regulations that require face coverings being made mandatory, we wanted to give you some clarifications relating to this new rule, as well as your visit to our barbers in general.
Face coverings are now mandatory in the premises of barbershops and hairdressers, as confirmed by recent Government Advice. All of our stores have implemented enhanced hygiene procedures, with protective screens, face visors, masks and gloves being worn at all times not to mention a thorough cleaning regime implemented throughout the day. Surgical face masks are also available in each one of our locations if you do not have one handy.
All of our locations are operating on both walk-in and booking basis. Appointments can be made through our website or in-store. If you wish to make a walk-in visit to one of the stores, you can simply pop-in and either be seen straight away or within a short wait. Hand gel is available at the entrance and you will be asked for your temperature to be taken.
Please note that to comply with the Track and Trace services, you will have to agree to leave your details (i.e. First name, last name and mobile number) in store for the safety of all clientele and teams.
Our barbers are still operating with reduced capacity to comply with social distancing guidelines, and are wearing a combination of a face mask and face shield. You will also see them wearing disposable gloves that are discarded after each service.
If you are feeling under the weather, have a dry cough and/or loss of smell or taste, please refrain from attending your appointment. Our service team will be able to reschedule your visit within the next 14 days at least.
Finally, we would like to remind all gentlemen that our stores remain a cashless business until further notice. You will only be able to pay via credit/debit card or contactless payments.
